What is SHIfT Online Coaching?
A Comprehensive, Expert-Backed Program for Lasting Wellness
SHIfT is where physical therapy meets somatic therapeutic coaching. It is an integrative, holistic program rooted in the belief that your body holds the answers to your healing.
It isn’t a one-size-fits-all wellness plan. The three-month-long SHIfT Coaching experience blends deep clinical knowledge with body-based emotional work and compassionate mindset coaching, using my biopsychosocial approach that is tailored to your unique needs.
With more than 20 years of experience in orthopedic and women’s health physical therapy, plus advanced training in mindset and nervous system regulation, I created SHIfT Coaching to fill a gap in the wellness space. SHIfT isn’t about fixing you – it’s about resourcing you. No diagnosis required. This is a space for strong, capable women who want support in putting themselves back on the priority list to receive care that’s not only effective – but also deeply human.

Learn how to listen to your body’s signals. We explore where resistance lives, what emotions are driving it, and how to begin releasing it so you can take meaningful action from a grounded place of safety and clarity.

Discover how to care for yourself through injury, burnout, transition, or uncertainty. You’ll learn tools like breathwork, nervous system regulation, and movement to help you feel more resourced and less reactive.
I – Inner Dialogue
Mindset matters – but we go deeper. You’ll begin to notice and shift the stories you tell yourself, guided by curiosity rather than judgment. This is about building a more compassionate and empowered inner voice.
F – Fun
Healing isn’t all hard work. You will reconnect with joy, movement, and spontaneity which are often lost during chronic stress or over the years. Fun isn’t an extra with the SHIfT online coaching program – it’s essential.
T – Time
Real change takes time. You’ll learn how to integrate small shifts that align with your life, honoring your pace while staying in motion. Progress is measured not in perfection but in alignment.

How SHIfT Coaching Works
Initial Consultation (20 minutes)
Begin with a free, 20-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals and determine if Shift is the right fit for you.
Customized SHIfT Coaching Sessions (6 or 10 appointments over 3 months)
You choose the pace and plan that best fits you. Each session builds on the last, with guided somatic work, mindset coaching, and simple movement and action steps to help you integrate change into your everyday life. We adapt as you grow, and I’ll be with you every step of the way – with steady, compassionate accountability.
