Continued FBILWM Group Program Support:

What: 10 minutes of mindset/questions and 40-45 minute and will have a component of warm up, strength, cardio, balance and flexibility.

When: Mondays from 9:30-10:30 ET, March 4th - May 20th

1:1 Health & Wellness Coaching:

What: reduce stress, improve sleep, improve focus, how to adjust your exercise, how to make an exercise program that works for your life, accountability to help you stay motivated in what wellness means to you, a safe space to talk about health concerns, meditation, breathwork and/or visualization space to practice different forms of wellness.

When: Up to 2 sessions/month
